This policy governs shipping, returns, and exchanges for purchases made on https://www.shoptilwedrop.shop/. All sales are subject to the terms below.

Shipping  

- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).  

- Shipping Methods and Costs: Domestic shipping within the United States is available via standard carriers. International shipping is offered where permitted. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected method.  

- Delivery Estimates: Domestic deliveries typically arrive within 3–7 business days; international deliveries may take 7–21 business days or longer depending on customs processing. Actual delivery times are not guaranteed.  

- Shipping Address: We ship to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.  

- Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon shipment.  

Returns and Exchanges 

- Return Window: Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition, unused, with all tags and authentication documentation intact.  

- Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted for most pre-authenticated luxury handbags and accessories. Items that are final sale, personalized, or damaged due to customer use are not eligible. Defective or misrepresented items may qualify for a full refund or replacement at our discretion.  

- Return Process:  

  1. Contact us at info@shoptilwedrop.shop within the return window to obtain a return authorization.  

  2. Ship the item back at your expense using a trackable method.  

  3. Once received and inspected, we will process a refund to the original payment method (typically within 7–10 business days) or issue an exchange.  

- Refunds: Refunds cover the item price only; original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.  

- Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.  

Additional Terms
